Mobylife are doing a larger server re-location in our production environment.
When: May 24, 2017 from 22.00 – May 25, 2017 to 22.00
How will this affect the customers/partners: The Etel environment will be unavailable during the day of May 25. This means that retailers cannot create orders, and that online customers cannot use the system to register orders. It also means that access to external interfaces like the delta-integration will not be possible.
All integrations are being tested as part of this re-location, both prior to the move, and directly following the move, in order to minimize any impact this may have on customers or partners.
